This policy explains how ZYportal at https://zyportal.app (the "Portal") collects and protects personal data. Data controller: Администрация портала zyportal.ru. Contact: tarabitube@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

  • email address, name, phone and address — if you provide them at sign-up, in your profile or in a request form;
  • the content of requests, messages and attached files;
  • logins and passwords of closed-company members (passwords are stored only as hashes);
  • technical data: IP address, timestamps and browser data — for security and abuse prevention;
  • your Telegram chat ID — only if you connect Telegram notifications yourself.

3. Why we use it

  • to create your account and let you sign in;
  • to deliver your requests to the company you contact and keep the conversation;
  • to send notifications by email and Telegram;
  • to answer support requests;
  • to keep the Portal secure and working.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (given at sign-up and in forms) and the performance of our service for you.

5. Who can see your data

The company you send a request to sees its data. Fields and files marked as hidden are visible only to that company's admins and to you. If a company makes its request list public, non-hidden fields and the conversation may be visible to other visitors — the request form says so. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Emails and Telegram messages are delivered through mail servers and Telegram.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on the operator's servers. Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and access is limited by roles. We keep data while your account or company exists, or until you withdraw consent.

7. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (your sign-in session) and browser local storage (language, theme, filters). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its processing or withdraw consent by contacting tarabitube@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. You can edit your profile data yourself in your account.
